Managed Service Provider (MSP)
The systems act as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to manage the staffing vendors as well as a fully automated technology solution for managing job orders and contingency staff, scheduling for internal staffing pools, credentialing, time reporting, invoicing and management reporting. EO has 2 main elements, the Resource Management System (RMS) and Vendor Management System (VMS).
Resource Manager System
The Resource Manager system provides the ability to find, recruit, credential, onboard and manage large work forces of employees.

The system will alert you when an employees credentials or licenses are expiring and need renewal.
Scheduling
A scheduling algorithm assists with managing employee’s schedules which aides in reducing human resource administration and recruiting costs
Communication
The system will provide shift opening alerts via text message or email to your employees with credentials matching those of the open shift, an employee responds, and you’ll be notified.
HIPAA Compliance
Our system operates on a HIPAA compliant mobile (IPad, Smart Phone) and web platform browsers (IE, Chrome, Fire Fox, Safari).
Vendor Management System
The VMS includes the ability to: post positions, view candidate’s profiles and documentation, track credentials for compliance, create and store evaluations, automated time reporting, payroll, invoicing and management reporting. The system provides a management-oversight technology solution to steam-line the hiring process for improved fill-rates.

Vendor Access
Your Vendors can view your open positions and determine if they have a candidate that is qualified for your opening, submit their candidate for your position and include the candidate’s qualifications for the role, a stated bill rate, and the candidate’s availability and location.
VMS Administration
Your staff will have access to credentialing, documenting and on-boarding process for new hires, time sheets, payroll and invoicing, off-boarding processing, and reports of vendor performance and more in the back-office administration.
Document Management and Credentialing
VMS is equipped to track documentation expiration dates and send alerts via email to notify both candidates and managers of approaching expiration dates. The expiration alerts decrease the chances of any expiration dates being reached without renewal.
The VMS document management and credentialing system makes remaining in compliance and participating in audits much easier for clients as the information is all stored in one easy to access database. Employees will also have access to their credentials with the ability to monitor expiration dates and keep their credentials in good standing.
VMS stores and monitors expiration dates for licenses and immunizations, etc., as required by the particular modality. Following are examples of the documents stored for a contract employee:

Employee Optimizer is developed by Enblem. While EO is currently a SaaS hosted solution, we are beginning development of a version for BlockChain. Enblem has made available Utility Tokens to help fund the Infinite Blockchain Group to develop the platform for EO on the Blockchain
